In 2013 we completed the construction of a 4 room classroom extension to Rathcoffey N.S, Co Kildare. The project also included assocaited site works such as lanscaping, upgrading waste water treatment plant, and the construction of a linked corridor from the existing school building to the extension. Client: Department of Education. Architectural: Quinn, Barnwell, Buggy. Timeframe: Dec 2012 - Aug 2013. |

| This project comprised on the construction of a 15,000 SqFt GAA Centre Of Excellence. The structure itself includes 6 Nr. dressing rooms complete with physio rooms, a first aid room, kitchen and dining room, offices, shop, gymasium, conference room, balcony and lift. The mechanical system consists of a geothermal (water to water) system with underfloor heating. All electrical controls are sensor based. |

Restoration & Extension of Listed Building Northumberland Rd |

As recently as 2011 we completed the restoration of a Government Listed Building on Northumberland Road, Dublin 4. The old townhouse consisted of 4 stories, 3 of which were restored and redesigned as office buildings.
